Shipping policy

 

All goods will be despatched in 2 working days, we aim for 1-2 

Which carrier do you use? We use Royal Mail

How much is shipping? shipping rates are applied at checkout. 

Do you put receipts/invoices in the package? you will receive an invoice and packing slip with your order. Your receipt will be emailed to you.

Do items need to be returned in the original packaging? No but please try and use the mailer box provided, if this is not possible please try to make sure the kit has been packaged properly so the kit is not damaged when we receive it. We may not be able to offer refunds for damaged goods.

Who is responsible for paying the Shipping for returns? You are responsible for paying for the shipping of returned goods.

How many days from delivery can items be returned? You have up to 30 days to return your goods.

What happens if items arrive damaged? If the items are damaged or faulty please email us at sales@littlestardust.co.uk and we will resolve the problem. 

Do you Ship to the EU - We have unfortunately had to stop selling to EU countries other than Ireland. Due to the large customs charges and delays they often result in refunds and as a business it's not profitable.
